Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rechargekit Fintech Private Limited ("Rechargekit", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and any person, business, merchant, institution, developer, partner, or entity ("User", "you", or "your") accessing or using the Rechargekit website, APIs, software applications, dashboards, platforms, products, and services.

By accessing, registering for, integrating with, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies published by Rechargekit from time to time.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and Services.

Rechargekit provides technology infrastructure and facilitation services. Actual financial transactions may be processed through regulated banks, payment system operators, payment aggregators, licensed financial institutions, NPCI participants, and authorized partners. Rechargekit does not guarantee:

Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, or held due to regulatory, banking, compliance, technical, or operational requirements.

8. Recharge, Bill Payment and Collection Services

Users are solely responsible for verifying:

9. AEPS, Micro ATM, Verification and Identity Services

Services involving Aadhaar-enabled systems, verification services, banking validation, identity verification, or related infrastructure are subject to:

10. Fees, Charges and Taxes

Refunds, cancellations, reversals, and chargebacks shall be governed by the Rechargekit Refund & Cancellation Policy. Rechargekit reserves the right to conduct verification and reconciliation before processing any refund request.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Services, including software, APIs, source code, documentation, trademarks, logos, designs, databases, and content, are owned by Rechargekit or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated herein. Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or exploit any proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by the Rechargekit Privacy Policy. Rechargekit implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users remain responsible for safeguarding their own systems, devices, credentials, and networks.

Rechargekit relies upon various third-party providers, including:

Rechargekit shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, cyberattacks, network failures, utility outages, strikes, banking disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

22. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

23. Modifications

Rechargekit may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
